The Monday email

The three episodes worth your time, and why.

Every show that published gets scored against what a revenue leader actually needs. Three make the email. The rest get a line, so you know what you skipped.

Chosen on merit, not on habit

No show has a standing slot. Every episode clears the same bar, so a strong episode from a show you have never heard of beats a thin one from a name you have.

  • Scored before a minute of audio is bought
  • One episode per show, so no week is monopolised
  • Trailers, promos and personal-brand episodes filtered out

Balanced on purpose

A week of three playbooks is a failed week. The email mixes how to run the play with how the engine is built, and the market read goes to the full write-up.

  • Operational, systems and market judged separately
  • A market thesis competes with market episodes, not with playbooks
  • Numbers pulled out and attributed to whoever said them
Ask Orang

Ask it anything the shows have covered.

Every transcript we have processed, searchable in plain language. Answers come only from what was said on a show, and every claim carries the episode it came from.

Ask Orang answering a question, with cited sources

A real answer from Ask Orang. Every bracketed number is the episode behind that sentence.

Why you can trust it

It would rather tell you nothing than tell you something invented.

Grounded, then checked

A second pass re-reads every sentence against its sources and deletes anything they do not support. Confident prose is not evidence.

One company is not a benchmark

A number from a single company is attributed to that company. One person's estimate is attributed to that person, by name.

It abstains

Ask something the shows have not covered and it says so, instead of assembling a plausible answer out of nothing.

"Not covered in the corpus."  What you get when the shows have not discussed something. We think that is worth more than a confident guess.

Stefan Mersch
Who's behind it

I built this because I needed it.

I'm Stefan. I have spent over five years in RevOps. As the first GTM hire at Sastrify I helped scale the org from €500K to €10M+ ARR, and as a consultant I have worked with PE-backed companies like Lucanet and T-PRO, and fast-growing AI startups like Voize.

The podcasts are genuinely good, and there are far too many of them to keep up with. So I built the thing I wanted: someone to listen to all of it, tell me what actually mattered, and keep a record I could search when the question came up three months later. Then people asked to be added.
